So, for either a *$5,000 Premium Subscription or a *$1,000 Standard Subscription , your organization can be exposed to the most powerful collection of IT buying power in Illinois.
*Vendor Partners with 1 to 10 employees receive a 50% discount on annual subscriptions (Premium=$2500 and Standard=$500) and Vendor Partners with 10 to 50 employees receive a 25% discount on annual subsriptions (Premium=$3750 and Standard=$750)

Vendor Partner Profiles:
Prospective ITEEx Vendor Partners are requested to fill out a detailed Vendor Profile (Sample) on their companies’ demographics, core competencies, and value propositions. These profiles are then posted in several places on the ITEEx web site, including ITEEx Marketplace, and Technology Resource Center.
Vendor Partner Performance Scorecards:
During the registration process, prospective ITEEx vendor partners will be asked to identify ITEEx member companies, with whom they have conducted business in the past. Subsequently, ITEEx staff distributes a brief, yet effective Performance Scorecard to the corresponding ITEEx members, to determine the level of satisfaction the vendor partner provided to the ITEEx member company. The results are scored, posted for the perusal of all ITEEx membership, and shared with the respective ITEEx Vendor Partner.

Weekly e-Newsletter:
ITEEx provides its members with a weekly e-newsletter publication, "ITEEx News To Use". Each issue serves as both a quick learning tool and a collection of the best the Web has to offer. There are several ways to engage an ITEEx Vendor Partner in the weekly e-newsletter:- Sponsorship:
On a fee basis, an ITEEx Vendor Partner will be offered the opportunity to sponsor the e-Newsletter.
- Articles:
ITEEx Vendor Partners will be encouraged to write informational articles for the e-Newsletter. All articles are subject to the review of ITEEx editorial staff.
- Featured Vendor Partner Interview:
Occasionally, ITEEx will identify a member or Vendor Partner that has made a substantial contribution to the industry or to the State, and grant him/her a one-on-one interview, to be published in the e-Newsletter.
Banner Advertisements:
ITEEx Vendor Partners will be eligible to procure banner advertising on the ITEEx web site.
Event Sponsorship:
ITEEx will be conducting a series of workshops. The intent of the workshops is to introduce the senior IT executive to a specific technology or process. ITEEx Vendor Partners are eligible to sponsor such workshops.
White Papers:
ITEEx will publish Vendor Partner white papers in several places on the ITEEx web site, including ITEEx Marketplace, and Technology Resource Center.
Weekly Quick Poll:
Through our weekly e-Newsletter, “ITEEx News To Use”, ITEEx members will be polled on issues impacting their business, employees, career, and the overall Information Technology industry. The results are tabulated immediately, so the members have instant feedback on how they think in comparison to their peers. Vendor Partners may use this vehicle to propose issues for which they would like to receive feedback.
Technology Surveys:
ITEEx Vendor Partners are encouraged to develop detailed survey instruments that would be circulated to participating ITEEx members. The surveys cannot be sales oriented, they must relate to the identification, adoption and implementation of technologies, and the results have to be made available to participating members free of charge.
